CapriGrowth is an AI-powered marketing intelligence platform developed and operated by ZENNYX AI INC. It provides tools for social media analytics, content strategy, AI-generated marketing copy, and content publishing across multiple platforms including Instagram, Threads, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube.

You may disconnect any social media account at any time from the Integrations page in CapriGrowth, or by revoking app permissions directly through each platform's settings. Upon disconnection, we will delete the associated access token from our systems.
Note: Disconnecting an account in CapriGrowth may not automatically revoke our access on the platform side. We recommend also revoking permissions through the platform's own settings (e.g., Instagram → Settings → Apps and Websites).
You agree to use CapriGrowth only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
When publishing content through CapriGrowth to third-party platforms (Instagram, Threads, X, etc.), you are solely responsible for ensuring that content complies with those platforms' community guidelines and terms of service.
CapriGrowth uses artificial intelligence to generate content suggestions, marketing copy, and strategy recommendations. You acknowledge and agree that:
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through CapriGrowth ("Your Content"). By using our services, you grant ZENNYX AI INC. a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the services.
CapriGrowth, including its software, design, trademarks, and all related technology, is the exclusive property of ZENNYX AI INC. and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property except as expressly permitted to use our services.
If you provide suggestions, feedback, or ideas about our services, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.
Your use of CapriGrowth is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
CapriGrowth integrates with third-party platforms and services (Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, etc.). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services.
CapriGrowth is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of CapriGrowth shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD if you have not made any payments.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZENNYX AI INC. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way related to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CapriGrowth, with or without notice, if we determine that:
Upon termination, your right to use CapriGrowth ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of CapriGrowth shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property disputes.
You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will also send an email notification to registered users. Your continued use of CapriGrowth after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
